Available colors and Storage

Credits: Apple

As usual, Apple has introduced a new color pattern for the new iPhone 13 mobiles. It is available in Pink, Blue, Starlight, Midnight, and Red. All of them look marvelous especially the starlight color.

This time iPhone comes up with a base variant having 128GB of storage to 512GB. It is rumored that a 1TB variant will be launched but might be with pro variants.

The 128GB will cost around ₹79900, 256GB will cost around ₹89900 and the 512GB will be ₹109900. For 128GB of RAM, you need to pay an extra ₹10,000. This time it will be the storage beast and will compete for a neck to neck with Android mobiles.

Camera Performance

The iPhone 13 is loaded with 3 huge cameras when compared to the iPhone 12. According to Apple, the cameras that are capable of taking low light photos will be having 47% better performance than iPhone 12’s.

Apple has introduced Cinematic mode which is capable of taking some excellent shots.

Cinematic mode is intended to give your iPhone 13 videos a depth-of-field effect by utilizing the A15 Bionic chip and advanced computational algorithms. In addition, when there are multiple subjects in the frame, the Cinematic mode can provide automatic focus changes. The iPhone 13 is even intelligent enough to switch from one subject to another if, for example, one person turns their head in the direction of another.

Cinematic mode’s goal is to make your iPhone 13 videos look more immersive and dynamic. While the iPhone 13 can automatically switch between subjects, you can also tap on subjects as you shoot to direct where you want the focus to be.

In addition, after recording, you can adjust the depth-of-field effect and the level of bokeh in editing.

iPhone 13: Pricing

The Badass Battery

Yes, you heard it correctly iPhone has tweaked up the battery to run 2.5 hrs more than its predecessor.

The company’s website does not provide battery capacity numbers, but teardowns of the reveal the exact numbers for each model.

Surprisingly, the iPhone 13 has a larger battery than the Pro model, and if you’re wondering which phone has the greatest battery increase, it’s the iPhone 13 Pro Max. The iPhone 13 mini also gets a nearly 10% battery boost over the iPhone 12 mini.

The iPhone 13 battery capacity is 3227 mAh which can easily last a day. With the boost in the battery capacity, Apple has provided us with the most refined iPhone models this year.

iPhone 13 Build Quality

The iPhone 13 is the same as the iPhone 12, but with three minor differences: diagonally-placed rear cameras, a smaller screen cutout, and a slightly heavier body. Having said that, the iPhone 13 remains one of the most beautiful yet simple smartphones on the market, with one of the most durable and water-resistant designs. Oh, and it’s surprisingly grippy!

A new iPhone cannot exist without at least one new color, and for the iPhone 13, that color is Pink. It replaces the cool green option introduced last year, which was appealing but is no longer available.

The iPhone 13 has a lot in common with the iPhone 12. In fact, the design and shape are nearly identical, with a few minor variations here and there. For starters, the iPhone 13’s two rear cameras are aligned diagonally rather than vertically.
The Face ID sensors and front camera remain unchanged, and the earpiece doubles as a stereo speaker.

Of course, the iPhone 13 is the same size as the iPhone 12, but due to the larger battery and different components, it is now 10 grams heavier and 0.3mm thicker.

The 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED panel is protected by a flat Ceramic Shield on the front. The bezels are the same as on the iPhone 12, the notch is smaller, and the screen brightness has been increased to 800 nits. The Shield has proven to be quite durable on the iPhone 12, and we anticipate that it will be just as durable on the iPhone 13.
